Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within India.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at sales@eces.in. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. Batteries and certain electronic items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on local laws.
